Job summary

AUGO is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to support Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and international channels from a fully remote US-based role. You’ll monitor listings, update content, manage pricing, and assist across customer service and data reporting.

Day-to-day you’ll collaborate with department heads, balance multiple tasks, and help ensure consistency across marketplaces. A strong English communicator with 1+ year in ecommerce is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience — non-negotiable.
• Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings.
• Prior customer service background.
• Comfortable managing tasks from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Amazon listing health and flag issues within 24 hours.
• Respond to customer messages across channels; manage email inbox.
• Support Shopify store updates and TikTok Shop backend maintenance.
• Keep pricing aligned across Amazon US and international marketplaces.
• Assist with image/editing tasks and A+ content support when needed.
• Perform basic sourcing research and compile data reports.
