Job summary

Pavago is seeking an E-commerce Operations & Data Analyst to support logistics, inventory, reporting, and data analysis for a growing DTC ecommerce business. This is a remote, operations-first role focused on improving everyday workflows rather than deep data engineering.

You’ll coordinate freight, manage Shopify data, build reports and dashboards, and apply AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks while ensuring accuracy across inventory and order data. Strong spreadsheet skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory management, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong spreadsheet skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Shopify or a similar e‑commerce platform.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards, reporting systems, or operational trackers.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & freight coordination from start to finish.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchase orders based on needs.
• Manage product data in Shopify and update internal records.
• Generate recurring reports on sales, inventory, returns, and product performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.
