Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to lead TikTok Shop operations, Amazon listings, and Shopify management from Irvine, CA. The role focuses on optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions across major platforms while collaborating with creators and internal teams.

The candidate will drive performance through data-driven campaigns, manage ads, and ensure cross-channel consistency in brand messaging and merchandising.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, Beauty/Cosmetics preferred.
Proven TikTok Shop or TikTok commerce campaigns and Amazon Seller Central experience.
Solid English and Korean language skills (written and verbal) preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and optimize TikTok Shop listings, pricing, and promotions.
Identify and onboard creators/affiliates to drive discoverability and UGC.
Plan campaigns and shoppable content aligned with beauty trends and campaigns.
Track metrics (GMV, CTR, ROAS) to refine strategy and maximize sales.
Manage Amazon listings, A+ Content, Brand Store, and promotions.
Maintain Shopify storefronts, ads across Google/Facebook/TikTok.
Coordinate cross-team content and provide monthly performance reports.
