Job summary

Lane-M Holdings Inc. seeks an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to own day-to-day multi-channel operations across Amazon, Shopify and TikTok. You’ll drive supply chain, manage offshore VAs, and set KPI-driven incentives to boost profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in senior e-commerce operations with deep Amazon knowledge, strong English, and the ability to overlap 3–4 hours daily with US Pacific Time. Fully remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

3+ years in a senior operational role managing multi-channel e-commerce brands with proven, advanced expertise in Amazon Seller Central.
Proven background in international freight, factory lead times, stock level forecasting, and 3PL coordination.
Strong experience navigating Amazon support, resolving listing suppressions, SDS filings, and shipping hold disputes.
Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency (fluent/C1-C2) for fast-paced communication.
Minimum 40+ WPM typing speed for fast digital navigation and live collaboration.
Ability to maintain a consistent 3–4 hour daily overlap with US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily multi-channel marketplace management (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok).
Manage Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Shopify accounts end-to-end.
Monitor channel health, fix catalog issues, account flags, and compliance docs.
Coordinate inventory allocations, promotions, and inventory replenishment models.
Work with freight forwarders, suppliers, and 3PLs to track international shipments.
