SuperOrdinary is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support daily operations across TikTok Shop and Amazon. You will help keep accounts healthy, organized, and customer-ready while collaborating with the Ecommerce Manager and Brand Success teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, including reviews, fulfillment, and reporting, with strong communication across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations across TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Monitor storefronts, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account settings for accuracy.
• Assist with ecommerce account audits and identify issues that require attention.
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and operational records.
• Escalate issues and risks to the Ecommerce Manager and Brand team.
• Monitor customer messages and support customer escalations.
• Track orders for delays and fulfillment issues.
