Job summary

Goodai Global USA, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to lead TikTok Shop operations, optimize Amazon listings, and grow Shopify storefronts.

The role requires coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving cross-channel marketing for beauty brands in North America. You will collaborate with brand managers, logistics, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding, pricing, and content across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify while staying ahead of fashion and beauty

Qualifications

2-3+ years hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare.
Proven track record with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central; Shopify knowledge highly preferred.
Experience with Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop listings, pricing, and promotions.
Identify and collaborate with TikTok creators and affiliates for product discovery and UGC.
Plan and execute shoppable content campaigns aligned with beauty trends and seasons.
Monitor GMV, CTR, ROAS, and conversions to refine sales strategies.
