Catch Creation, a remote-first global eCommerce partner, is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Assistant to support our growing operations. The role centers on Amazon account management, listing optimization, inventory forecasting, and PPC coordination across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or E-commerce Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with shipment plans, listings, flat files, deals, coupons, and PPC basics.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Amazon shipment plans.
• Run and optimize Amazon Deals and Coupons.
• Perform inventory forecasting and stock monitoring.
• Manage Amazon Creator Connections.
• Assist with and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Handle Walmart account management (if applicable).
• Monitor and resolve Amazon account health issues.
• Create and optimize Amazon product listings.
• Open, track, and resolve Amazon Seller Central cases.
• Conduct A/B testing for listings and creatives.
• Perform flat file uploads and bulk listing updates.
