Job summary

Natural Life is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day execution of the shopping experience on NaturalLife.com. This role advances from our Senior Associate level by driving homepage, collection strategy, search, navigation, testing and personalization.

You’ll report to the Senior Director, Brand & Digital Experience, and partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Dev teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site/digital merchandising or e-commerce for a consumer or lifestyle brand.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• Fluent in analytics; turn data into a point of view.
• Experience owning a merchandising area independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own homepage, collection and landing pages, navigation, filters and search.
• Lead site merchandising for newness, launches, campaigns and seasonal resets.
• Set and run test-and-learn agenda: A/B and multivariate testing.
• Own personalization, recommendations and dynamic modules.
• Analyze conversion, revenue and engagement, and present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative and Dev teams.
