Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking an E-Commerce Lifecycle Coordinator to optimize digital communications, maintain accurate product content, and support email production. The role collaborates with design, development, merchandising, and analytics teams to drive engagement and conversions.

You will assist with lifecycle campaigns, implement AI-driven experiences, and contribute to SEO efforts while building dashboards and status updates for progress across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, English, communications or interior design.
• 1+ year of related work experience in marketing or web analytics and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel; web analytics knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing management and optimization of digital communication channels, including AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with Merchandising and vendors to maintain accurate product details across the digital experience.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and handoff of email creative assets to ensure campaigns are production-ready.
• Assist lifecycle campaigns and workflow execution with email designers and developers.
• Identify and report website bugs to ensure a smooth online experience.
• Support A/B testing and business automation initiatives.
