Job summary

Tecla is seeking an analytical, design‑savvy E‑Commerce Email Marketer to grow online retail across DTC and B2B. You will lead high‑performing email and SMS campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies driven by rigorous data analysis and cross‑channel collaboration.

You will own Klaviyo campaigns and flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Winback, Post‑Purchase), write compelling copy, design mobile‑friendly templates, and build audience segments to boost retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing DTC and B2B e-commerce via email + SMS.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills for emails.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience with lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, deliverability best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo campaigns and flows with A/B tests.
• Write compelling email/SMS copy tailored to lifecycle stages.
• Design mobile-responsive templates using Klaviyo builder or Figma.
• Develop audience segments to improve retention and LTV.
• Monitor revenue, CTR, deliverability and hygiene across lists.
• Collaborate with Paid Media to align retention with acquisition and growth.
