829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to lead lifecycle marketing efforts and own Klaviyo-based automation for client accounts. You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to shape performance and technical setups.

The role focuses on owning conversations about automation, audiences, and performance, with a product-owner mindset to define how we service clients on Klaviyo and to serve as a thought leader on the Email and Automation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Strong familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation technologies like Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze, etc.
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
• Experience involving client engagements around marketing automation, email marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Experience within the digital advertising landscape and related technologies.
• Familiarity with marketing initiatives and goals; comfort with analytics and data-driven insights.
• Experience building and managing marketing campaigns utilizing lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
• SMS experience in platforms like Sakari and Attentive.

Responsabilités

• Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budgets.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with wins, improvements, and recommendations.
• Be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to campaign or project completion.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives—strategies, programs, calendars.
• Create email calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask, prioritize, and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
