• 4+ years of email marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• 2+ years Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Own email marketing calendars and campaigns; ensure timely deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on vision and execution.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives and automation workflows.
• Mentor teammates and share email/automation thought leadership.
