Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an eCOA Project Manager for a fully remote, North America-focused role. You will lead end-to-end eCOA delivery in global trials, coordinating internal teams, sponsors, and external vendors to ensure quality data collection and on-time study milestones.

Responsibilities include study startup through closeout, system build oversight, UAT planning, and risk management. Requires 4+ years in related PM roles and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years in project management in eCOA/eClinical tech or CRO environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end eCOA implementations across studies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, delivery of eCOA solutions.
• Serve as liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and vendors.
• Lead UAT strategies, test scripts, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate system builds, questionnaires, translations, and workflows.
• Manage timelines, risks, and governance meetings.
