The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical project management of oncology programs, with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, and proficiency with CTMS/eTMF tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare or related field.
  • 3+ years of Clinical Project Management in global oncology trials.
  • Experience across multiple countries and regions; vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of trial operations and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with CTMS, eTMF and data review platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global oncology studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee study startup, conduct, maintenance and closeout activities.
  • Manage timelines, risks, deliverables and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with CROs, labs, imaging and specialty providers.
  • Prepare study status reports and executive communications.
