Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience within eCOA/eClinical technologies.
• Experience leading end-to-end eCOA implementations across clinical studies.
• Experience authoring and executing UAT plans and scripts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eCOA delivery across the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and eCOA vendors.
• Develop UAT strategies and test scripts; ensure quality and inspection readiness.
• Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Support governance meetings and sponsor-facing discussions.
