Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II for Oncology (Client Dedicated/Remote). You will lead global oncology trials from startup to closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on CPPM experience in oncology, strong vendor management, and proficient use of CTMS/eTMF tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience supporting global oncology trials.
• Experience leading studies across multiple countries/regions and managing vendors.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution and delivery of global oncology trials.
• Lead day-to-day study management across startup, conduct, maintenance and closeout.
• Oversee timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor management.
• Coordinate cross-functional study teams and sponsor communications.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and study compliance.
