Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials Limited is seeking an experienced eCOA Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end eCOA activities across clinical studies. You will coordinate with vendors, study teams, and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting experience, and excellent communication in English, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Demonstrates ability to lead, understand policies and procedures, financial and leadership principles.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight from maintenance to eCOA decommissioning, ensuring deliverables and timelines meet Worldwide SOP standards.
• Review study trends and collaborate with eCOA vendor and study team on requirements.
• Communicate eCOA project activities to stakeholders and sponsor study teams.
• Serve as escalation point for eCOA study issues and coordinate communications.
• Oversee budgeting, Change Orders, and financial aspects of projects.
