Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, plus 1 year of eCOA and clinical trials exposure.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Knowledge of Phase I–IV clinical operations in a CRO/pharma environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC and eCOA topics including eCOA designs and scales.
• Strong project and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective client-facing and stakeholder communication skills; articulate risks and issues clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and independent judgment with a proactive, organized approach.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work with new technologies and processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage eCOA project activities from system maintenance through decommissioning, keeping deliverables on track.
• Partner with eCOA vendors, sponsors, and study teams to identify trends, address requirements, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate clear and timely project communications, including reports, agendas, minutes, and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee eCOA study design activities, review scope changes, and approve URS as required.
• Review UAT plans, oversee testing, and facilitate sponsor UAT completion.
• Manage financial aspects of assigned eCOA studies, including vendor work orders and budgets.
• Prepare and review site, support, and helpdesk materials, with quality-control checks on manual edits.
• Facilitate collaboration between eCOA processes and Data Management data-transfer requirements.
