Worldwide Clinical Trials Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate eCOA Manager to lead eCOA project activities within a remote US-based role.

You will collaborate with global teams, vendors, sponsors, and internal study groups to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Worldwide SOPs. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in eCOA and clinical trials, plus 1+ year in project management, with solid knowledge of SDLC and agile/structured processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with eCOA and clinical trials, plus 1 year of project management.
• Experience in Phase I–IV clinical research operations within CRO or pharma.
• Knowledge of SDLC and eCOA topics, including designs and scales.
• Strong project and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective client-facing and stakeholder communication; able to elevate risks clearly.
• Detail-oriented with independent judgment; proactive and collaborative.
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes; identify improvements.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for day-to-day collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage eCOA project activities from system maintenance through decommissioning.
• Partner with vendors, sponsors, and study teams to identify trends, risks, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate timely project communications, reports, agendas, minutes, and updates.
• Oversee eCOA study design activities, review URS and scope changes.
• Review UAT plans, oversee testing, and support sponsor UAT completion.
• Manage financial aspects: vendor WO, budgets, reviews, Change Orders.
• Prepare and review site, support, and helpdesk materials; QC manual edits.
• Foster collaboration between eCOA and Data Management data-transfer needs.
