Job summary

MedZed seeks an ECM Territory Manager for Fresno County, CA. This remote, full-time role leads a field team, drives outreach, completes care plans, and ensures high-quality care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The ETM reports to the ECM Regional Manager, oversees up to 15 Community Health Navigators, and travels 40–50% to stay engaged with partners and members. Strong leadership and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience managing others in health, social, or community services.
• Strong analytical, data, dashboards and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage a P & L and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance metrics, goals, and deadlines for their team.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the territory and review performance.
• Engage with community organizations, health plans, and partners.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to field staff.
• Hire, manage and coach staff; oversee payroll and compliance.
• Manage Profit and Loss for the territory and ensure timely approvals.
