Job summary

JVCKENWOOD USA Corporation seeks an Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Land Mobile Radio, based in Long Beach, CA with remote duties across the Eastern United States. This full-time role partners with manufacturer representatives to grow LMR sales and support customers in diverse sectors.

You will plan and direct regional sales programs, coordinate advertising and training, and visit dealer organizations. Requires five years in LMR and strong dealer-sales knowledge; travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the Land Mobile Radio Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of dealer sales management techniques including merchandising, selling strategies, inventory management and advertising.
• Highly developed written and verbal sales skills; able to organize and implement regional sales programs.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, trains and coordinates manufacturers' representative organizations within an assigned region.
• Develops and coordinates regional advertising, training, and merchandising programs.
• Gathers information on regional activity and market conditions for Land Mobile and related systems.
• Oversee the sales efforts of manufacturer representatives for the region.
• Develops budgets and coordinates sales promotions and trade show participation.
• Prepares sales reports, analyzes forecasts vs. quotas and actuals.
• Plans and conducts periodic sales meetings to educate and stimulate sales production.
• Travel up to 50%.
