Hunza Lighting USA is seeking a dynamic Eastern Sales Manager to drive growth across the east coast. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building with designers, electricians and distributors, and a proven sales track record in premium lighting markets.

The position is remote with nationwide coverage, involves travel by car or plane, and requires weekly reports to the head office. Expect base compensation with commissions and a quarterly bonus; 1099 contract structure and paid holidays

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a sales management role or similar position within the lighting or related industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable and comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Excellent business and territory planning, organization, time management and administrative skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Work with agents to set local area distribution strategies.
• Review the existing sales agent network and implement changes where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Make direct calls on electricians, landscape architects, distributors and contractors.
• Conduct regular sales meetings with sales agents to review performance, set goals, and provide training.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Report to head office on a weekly basis.
• Control expenditure within budget levels or as otherwise agreed.
• Extend the sales agent network to provide complete territory coverage.
• Develop sales plan for new states.
• Provide quotations for standard and custom products.
• Process orders and ensure accuracy before submission to the factory.
• Manage trade show participation.
• Travel through the assigned region by car and/or plane and work/travel outside normal business hours, including nights and weekends when necessary.
