• Lead, mentor and develop Operations Managers and field leaders.
• Drive growth by expanding service lines and partnerships with healthcare systems.
• Analyze regional performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development and succession strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational risk to ensure sustainability.
• Champion quality assurance and lead regional responses to audits and reviews.
