JMJ Phillip Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business development across the East Coast from a home-based/remote environment with occasional in-person meetings. You will proactively identify opportunities, engage prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for Regional Managers, building a steady pipeline of opportunities.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, email prospecting, and KPI tracking to meet targets and grow the regional presence on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, lead generation, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and comfort with outbound calling, email prospecting, and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, lead follow-up, and targeted prospecting.
• Generate and schedule qualified sales meetings for Regional Managers, creating a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
• Manage prospecting activity across an assigned territory while working primarily from a home-based/remote environment, with occasional in-person customer meetings.
• Track performance against KPIs including outbound activity, leads generated, meetings scheduled, qualified opportunities, and conversion rates.
