Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management Analyst) to support our growing organization. This role is fully remote and requires expert MS Project experience to manage complex schedules and stakeholder partnerships.

You will lead baselining, EAC analyses, IMS integration, and EVMS compliance, while mentoring teams and interfacing with IPT leads across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, Integrating Scheduling Data with Manpower, EVMS, and Proposal Support Systems
• IMP/IMS Development and Maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements
• Critical Path Analysis and Slack Management
• Variance Analysis
• EVMS Concepts including Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Ability to Function at a Positive & High Level in a Team Environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitoring of EAC.
• Mentor PM teams and PPM staff in scheduling tools and processes.
• Develop time-phased budget integrated with the IMS to meet contract objectives.
• Interface with IPT leads across multiple locations.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits.
