Job summary

Leidos seeks a seasoned EVMS Implementation Analyst to join the Corporate Earned Value Management and Scheduling COE. You will lead and execute EVMS and scheduling across the enterprise, guiding proposal development through startup, IBRs and ongoing execution lifecycle.

You will implement policies, provide training, support surveillance and audits, and align Agile with traditional scheduling practices to enhance program management solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant EVMS experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading EVMS implementations.
  • US citizenship and able to obtain security clearance.
  • PMP/SP/EVP certifications preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling and EVMS tools such as MS Project and Deltek products.

Responsibilities

  • Implement EVMS and scheduling policies across the enterprise.
  • Provide training and objective assessments of implementation adequacy.
  • Support internal and external surveillance, audits and reviews.
  • Develop, implement, train, and maintain automated EVMS processes and tools.
  • Lead cross‑family projects or program teams using EVMS expertise.
  • Support EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy.
  • Advise on portfolio performance and operational decisions.
  • Align Agile software practices with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices.
  • Serve as a SME with thorough EVMS knowledge and deliverable content.
