Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Mental Wellbeing team seeks an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide on-demand, single-session consultations via phone, video, or chat. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, safety planning, triage, and real-time documentation.

The role is fully remote in the USA, with a Wednesday–Sunday night shift; requires a Master's in behavioral health counseling and an unrestricted license, plus crisis intervention experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health clinical license per state regulations (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/LCMHC/LICSW/LISW/Clinical Psychologist).
• 24x7x365 call center coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, clinical assessments, safety plans, triage and informational services.
• Utilize technology platforms to connect members to the right solutions at the right time.
• Support members via phone, video or chat with confidential, accurate documentation.
