CVS Health’s Aetna Mental Well-being division is hiring an EAP Clinical Counselor for remote work in the USA. The role provides on-demand mental health consultations via phone, video, and chat, focusing on assessments, safety planning, and triage.

Requires a master's in behavioral health counseling and an active license. 24/7 call center coverage is expected; 40 hours weekly in a night shift (Wed-Sun).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted license to practice behavioral health per state regulations (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/LCMHC/LICSW/LISW/Clinical Psychologist).
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required, holiday coverage may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, including clinical assessments and safety planning.
• Provide care via phone, video, and chat using advanced technology platforms.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure confidentiality per policy.
• Support members in preferred communication modality (phone, video, chat).
