CVS Health in the United States is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor for Aetna Mental Wellbeing to provide on-demand, single-session consultations, including assessments, safety planning, triage, and informational support via phone, video, and chat. This full-time, remote role requires crisis intervention experience, a state license, and 24x7 call center coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, clinical assessments, safety planning and triage.
• Provide care via phone, video and chat using technology platforms.
• Document information accurately and in real time.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with EAP policies and enterprise guidelines.
• Utilize intranet systems to support call handling and documentation.
• Coordinate with team to connect members to the right resources at the right time.
