CVS Health is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide on-demand, single-session consultations via phone, video, or chat, including assessments and safety planning. This remote role supports Aetna Mental Wellbeing and requires licensure and crisis intervention experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health counseling.
• Active unrestricted license to practice (state requirements).
• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience; 24x7 call center coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, assessments, safety plans, triage, and informational services.
• Provide care via phone, video, and chat using enterprise platforms and real-time documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure documentation meets regulatory and risk requirements.
• Support members across channels, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Navigate intranet systems to support call handling and team collaboration.
