CVS Health Corporation's Aetna Mental Wellbeing is expanding access to 24/7 mental health support via video, live chat, or phone. The EAP Clinical Counselor provides immediate, high‑quality assessments and counseling to members nationwide in a call center setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health counseling.
• 1+ years crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health license in resident state.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required.
• Experience with crisis, mental health, family or relationship issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 telephone-based mental health assessments and counseling.
• Perform risk and safety planning based on urgency.
• Understand levels of care to recommend appropriate services.
• Communicate with members to support change and link to resources.
• Document accurately meeting risk management and regulatory requirements.
