Requires a behavioral health license and a Master’s degree in counseling, with crisis intervention experience and 24/7 call center availability.

The role is fully remote in the USA, with shift flexibility to cover a 24/7 operation; strong communication and documentation skills are essential for effective risk assessment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required; holiday coverage expected.
• Licensure in the state of residence: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and information in a call center setting.
• Develop immediate action/safety plans based on urgency.
• Advise on levels of care and link to resources to alleviate stressors.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
