Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Active independent behavioral health license as per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, counseling and information in a call center environment.
• Conduct risk, substance use and mental health assessments with immediate safety planning.
• Assist with care linkage and resources for members seeking treatment.
