Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Active state license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/LCMHC/LICSW/LISW/Clinical Psychologist) per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, action and safety plans, triage, and informational services.
• Leverage technology platforms to connect members to the right solutions in real time.
• Support members via phone, video, or chat with accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Document information accurately and in real time; navigate intranet systems during calls.
• Maintain compliant records and protect member privacy under policy requirements.
