Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient typing 40+ wpm.
• Strong math and data-reporting skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Able to meet strict timelines and multi-task.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Regular attendance required.
• Travel approx. 0%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems for new referrals and alerts.
• Manage email requests and related communications.
• Assess patient eligibility from documentation (service area, insurance, etc.).
• Track referral statuses and provide weekly status reports.
• Coordinate with branch, sales, and leadership for updates.
• Maintain ERST log and ROC decisions.
• Maintain productivity as per standards.
• Comply with regulatory policies and procedures.
