Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking a Qualifying Specialist for our enrollment division. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, qualifying inquiries and guiding them toward the enrollment process, mainly via phone and chat.

This full-time, remote role follows EST hours, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $35,000; strong communication, integrity, and comfort with a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone and chat to inform about programs.
• Qualify prospects and transfer to enrollment team.
• Explain university processes and graduation requirements.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures from the company's Development department.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
