Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks an E-Discovery Application Administrator II to support DOJ under MEGA 6 automated litigation support. This remote, full-time position requires solid programming skills and experience with Oracle/IDS tools to develop and maintain litigation support applications and reports.

The role involves advising project teams, preparing documentation, and delivering high-quality software solutions in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment is required.
• Substantial hands-on programming experience in a large systems environment with web interfaces.
• Proven experience in JavaScript, HTML, ASP, Oracle IDS, SQL*Plus and PL/SQL.
• Minimum two years of directly applicable programming experience.
• Minimum three years of overall programming experience, including large-scale databases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain complex programs for litigation support applications.
• Translate program requirements into functional code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs per specifications.
• Improve performance to reduce processing time.
• Create data entry screens, reports, and dashboards as needed.
• Provide status updates to project management and senior staff.
• Offer technical direction and supervise other programmers.
• Oversee a small team and coordinate onsite support where needed.
• Develop end-user and technical documentation and provide training.
