Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing e-commerce projects in an agency setting or aggregator environment.
• Proven ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps and delegate them effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Break down large tasks and projects into smaller, actionable steps, assigning them to the correct teams for execution.
• Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clarity and alignment between stakeholders, executives, and teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and adjust timelines, resources, and workflows as needed to keep tasks on track.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure each team understands their roles and responsibilities.
• Resolve issues and blockers that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executives on the progress of e-commerce projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives and strategy.
