Placements24, a dynamic e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager in Welkom, Free State. The role focuses on optimizing online business operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment and logistics, with a hands-on, strategic approach.

The successful candidate will lead a growing operations team, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to align operational objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce operations or a similar management role.
• Proven inventory, fulfillment, and logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capability to drive decisions.
• Experience implementing process improvements and managing change.
• Experience working in Welkom, Free State or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and supplier coordination.
• Supervise order fulfillment, shipping, and returns to ensure timely delivery.
