Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across Amazon and Walmart. You will ensure processes are followed and execute tasks across inventory, orders, and shipping with accuracy.

The role emphasizes consistency, systematized workflows, and long-term growth potential in a fully remote setup supporting multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable).
• Ability to follow SOPs and processes accurately.
• Experience with Excel / spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast inventory levels using existing templates.
• Plan and execute inventory replenishment.
• Place purchase orders with vendors.
• Coordinate shipments with freight carriers.
• Track inventory movement and ensure lead times are met.
• Process Walmart orders twice daily (morning & afternoon).
• Download order reports and upload into ShipStation.
• Generate and organize shipping labels by SKU.
• Send sorted labels to warehouse for fulfillment.
• Upload tracking numbers back into Walmart.
• Review Walmart B2B purchase orders and coordinate with warehouse/vendor.
• Schedule and manage carrier pickups; generate BOL/ASN/Invoices.
• Maintain inventory levels across channels; track 60–90 day overseas shipments.
• Provide weekly production quotas to vendors; assist with pricing/sourcing.
• Enter transactions into QuickBooks; manage invoices and payments.
• Keep financial records clean and organized.
• Daily checks on product listings and ad placements.
• Enter inventory received from vendors; open/resolve issues with platforms.
