Job summary

DC International seeks a Fulfillment Specialist to support daily warehouse operations across two e-commerce brands. You will pick, pack, label, and ship orders, troubleshoot packing stations, and maintain supplies. You’ll also assist with cycle counts and carrier coordination, working with a team to meet deadlines.

The role requires English fluency, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work 7:00am–3:30pm Monday to Friday with overtime during peak season. Prior WMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must multi-task effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly and calmly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; work with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English.
• Available to work M-F 7:00am–3:30pm plus overtime during peak season, with weekends/evenings as needed.
• Experience in order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Help manage supply inventory and report purchasing needs.
• Keep packing stations stocked with materials.
• Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanner and route.
• Pack orders using the Scan to Pack method and generate shipping labels.
• Perform specialty tasks like cushion wrapping and gift finishing.
• Troubleshoot pack stations and report unresolved issues.
• Assist with cycle counts and follow safety policies.
