Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize online business operations from anywhere. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service, while coordinating with 3PLs to meet SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.

In this fully remote role, you will leverage data analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and workflows.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping logistics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock.
• Develop and implement efficient customer service processes to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency and cost savings.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive decisions.
