You will work with the marketing team to drive traffic, engagement, and sales, contributing to e-commerce success. The role blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or digital channels.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing software).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize product listings on the e-commerce website with compelling descriptions and imagery.
• Monitor website performance and customer feedback, identifying UX/conversion improvements.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative assets and campaign deployment.
• Support the marketing team in analyzing campaign results and generating performance reports.
• Maintain knowledge of e-commerce trends relevant to the Western Cape market.
