Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote E-commerce Fulfillment Operations Manager for a fast-growing online fashion retailer. You will lead end-to-end fulfillment, from inventory and order processing to picking, packing, shipping, and returns, ensuring accuracy and speed across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce fulfillment/warehouse ops; 2+ in leadership.
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment.
• Knowledge of WMS, OMS, and shipping software.
• Proven remote team leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all e‑commerce fulfillment ops incl. inventory, orders, picking, packing and shipping.
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, throughput and costs.
• Lead a distributed team of associates and supervisors with accountability.
• Implement inventory mgmt processes to ensure optimal stock and accuracy.
• Ensure timely, accurate shipments and SLAs; manage 3PLs and carriers.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Drive lean, data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee returns processing and inventory reconciliation.
