Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Fulfillment Specialist to join our client's entirely remote operations team. You will oversee online order processing from multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining digital records.

In this remote role, you will monitor inventory levels, liaise with carriers, resolve issues with customer service, generate performance reports, and drive improvements to enhance on-time delivery and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the entire order fulfillment process for online orders within a remote framework.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and report discrepancies or stockouts.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of all customer orders.
• Liaise with shipping carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

About the Role

Our client, a leading online retailer with a distributed fulfillment network, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Remote Fulfillment Specialist to join their entirely remote operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient processing of online orders from various fulfillment centers. You will ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping, manage inventory discrepancies, and liaise with shipping carriers and customer service teams to resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
