829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to join the Inbound Team in a client-facing role focused on Klaviyo and automation. You will own lifecycle programs for ecommerce brands, collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social, and lead measurement, performance reviews, and data-driven optimizations to drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years Klaviyo experience and proven Klaviyo workflow ownership.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiar with ESPs and automation tech (Marketo, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Cross-functional collaboration with high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedule, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance to highlight wins, areas for improvement, and recommendations.
• Manage all elements of email initiatives—strategies, programs, calendars.
• Create and implement email marketing calendars aligned with other initiatives.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
