Fisher Phillips is seeking an E-Billing Specialist with law firm experience to support efficient e-Billing operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. The role emphasizes client service and operational excellence in a premier labor and employment law firm.

The position leverages BillBlast, Legal-X, and other e-Billing systems, offering growth in a dynamic, technology-forward environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

2+ years of e-Billing experience navigating systems such as BillBlast or eBillingHub.
Working knowledge of Legal eXchange, Legal-X, Legal Tracker, Litigation Advisor [LSS], TyMetrix360 and similar systems.
2+ years of experience working in a law firm.

Responsibilities

Submit client invoices electronically using BillBlast.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues during invoice submissions.
Coordinate with attorneys and administrative staff on e-Billing requirements.
Maintain internal database of e-billed clients and compliance requirements.
Document and update reference materials for e-Billing processes.
Collaborate with management and outside counsel to support and expand the Firm’s e-Billing program.
Conduct research and perform analytics as needed.
