• Strong understanding of electronic billing platforms (Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Collaborati, BillingPoint) and related systems
• LEDES knowledge and client billing guideline familiarity

• Prepare, review, and submit invoices through e-billing platforms per client guidelines
• Monitor invoice status, resolve rejections, and troubleshoot billing issues
• Serve as primary contact for attorneys, clients, and vendors on e-billing matters
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in firm systems
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing processes and reporting
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely billing and collections support
• Support process improvements and stay updated on client billing requirements
