Job summary

Healthcare Triangle Inc is seeking a Dynatrace Observability Lead for a remote, long-term contract role. The candidate will design end-to-end observability across cloud environments, implement automation to reduce toil, and establish reliability through SLIs/SLOs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Observability Engineering or related domains.
• Strong experience in Observability and Automation Engineering, including AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments, including metrics, logs, distributed traces, synthetic monitoring, and RUM.
• Develop standardized dashboards, alerts, and telemetry frameworks to provide real-time visibility into system health.
• Build and deploy automation solutions to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency, enabling runbook automation and self-healing capabilities.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and alerting strategies to improve service reliability, and drive MTTD/MTTR improvements.
• Implement proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive alerting to identify issues before customer impact, leveraging AIOps for correlation.
• Integrate observability platforms with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to enable streamlined workflows.
