Job summary

Infosat IT Services LLC seeks a Dynatrace Observability Consultant for a remote, 12+ month contract. Candidate should bring 7+ years in Observability Engineering or related domains and strong automation/AIOps experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end observability design across apps, infra, and cloud, plus CI/CD and ITSM integrations. Role emphasizes proactive monitoring, runbook automation, and improving MTTD/MTTR with telemetry-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Observability Engineering or related domains.
• Strong experience in Observability and Automation Engineering, including AIOps.
• Hands-on with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments, including metrics, logs, traces, synthetic monitoring and RUM.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and telemetry frameworks for real-time visibility into system health.
• Build automation to eliminate repetitive tasks, enable runbook automation and self-healing.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and alerting strategies to improve service reliability and MTTR.
• Implement proactive monitoring and predictive alerting using AIOps capabilities.
• Integrate observability platforms with CI/CD, cloud services and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams; mentor and drive adoption of observability practices.
• Demonstrate strong incident management skills and SRE practices.
